Wellness Center

Welcome

Our counseling program here at Harvest Middle School involves two school counselors, a social

worker, as well as many outside agencies that in different ways support students in a variety of

programs.  As we transition into a comprehensive Wellness Program that promotes social,

emotional, academic, and physical wellness, we are expanding the services offered to our

students. Our goal is to provide support to all students in the areas of social, emotional and

academic areas as needed to benefit and encourage a student’s success.  The counseling

department is housed in the Wellness Center in Room E-8  on the Harvest campus and our

doors are open from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm.  Alli Stanfield, our school social worker, is available on

Mondays and Wednesdays here on campus.

Special meetings, beyond regular hours, can be scheduled if needed. We assure our students

that all conversations are confidential and are dealt with in a warm and caring environment.

Students can sign up and talk to a counselor at any time by filling out a counseling referral form

in the Wellness Center.   Also, students can be referred to the counselor by an administrator,

teacher or parent.

The programs we offer here at Harvest Middle School include: mindfulness groups, friendship

groups, drug and alcohol prevention groups, dealing with feelings groups, as well as academic

counseling and goal setting.  We also have Talent Search and Migrant Education which provide

college and career goal setting and academic workshops. Students also have access to after

school groups including;   Mariposa, a Latina girls group, Bridging Brothers, and Heart and Sole

which all help with self-esteem issues. The ACE program also supports our students with after

school programs and with classroom support and tutoring.

Jessica Di Gregorio is the counselor for 7th gr. (L-Z) and 8th gr. and Frank Martinez is the

counselor for 7th gr. (A-K) and 6th gr., and can be reached here at the Wellness Center by

calling 707-259-7718. Please call if you have any questions or needs concerning the counseling

program.

Thank you for visiting the counseling website, we look forward to assisting you and your

children throughout the school year.
